By means of the website, SPAIN MADE EASY provides users with access to and use of the different services and content made available.

Any person accessing this website assumes the role of user (hereinafter, User/s), and fully and unreservedly accepts each and every one of the provisions included in this Legal Notice, as well as any other legal provisions which may be applicable.

2.1. Free access to and use of the website.

The provision of services by SPAIN MADE EASY is free of charge for all Users.

2.2. User registration.

In general, provision of the Services does not require prior subscription or registration by Users. However, SPAIN MADE EASY does make the use of some of the services conditional on the prior completion of the corresponding User registration form. This registration will be carried out in the manner explicitly indicated in the services section.

2.3. Truthfulness of information.

All the information provided by the User must be truthful. For these purposes, the User guarantees the authenticity of details provided via the subscription forms for services. The User will be responsible for keeping all the information provided to SPAIN MADE EASY permanently updated so that it always corresponds to their real situation. In any case, the User will be solely liable for false or inaccurate statements made and any damages caused to the Provider or third parties.

2.4. Minors.

For the use of services, minors must always obtain the consent of their parents, guardians or legal representatives, who are ultimately responsible for all acts carried out by minors under their care. They are also responsible for determining the specific content to which minors have access, so if they access inappropriate content over the Internet, they will have to install mechanisms on their computers, such as computer programs, filters and firewalls, which allow them to limit the available content. Although these mechanisms are not infallible, they are particularly useful for controlling and restricting the materials which minors can access.

The User agrees to use the website in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice, as well as with morals and good customs. To this end, the User will refrain from using the website for illegal or prohibited purposes, any purposes which are harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or which in any way may damage, disable, overload, deteriorate or prevent the normal use of computer equipment or documents, files and all kinds of content stored on any of the Provider’s computer equipment.

Merely as a guideline rather than for exhaustive purposes, the User particularly undertakes not to transmit, disclose or make available any information, data, content, messages, graphics, drawings, sound and/or image files, photographs, recordings, software and, in general, any kind of material to third parties which:

(a) Contravenes, disparages or undermines the fundamental rights and public freedoms recognised constitutionally in international treaties and in other legislation;

(b) Induces, incites or promotes criminal, degrading, defamatory or violent acts, or, in general, any acts contrary to the law, morals and public order;

Under no circumstances is the Provider liable for damages which may arise from the illegal or improper use of this website.

However, and in compliance with the provisions of Art. 11 and 16 of the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), the Provider guarantees all Users, authorities and security forces that it will actively collaborate in removing or blocking any content which might affect or violate national or international law, the rights of third parties, or morality and public order. If a User believes that there is any content on the website which could be classified as above, they undertake to immediately notify the website administrator.

8.- Intellectual and industrial property

The website, including but not limited to its programming, editing, compilation and other elements necessary for its operation, designs, logos, text and/or graphics, are the property of the Provider, or where necessary, the Provider has been explicitly licensed or authorised by the authors.
